Postage and Packing within Australia: Web rate
- Free delivery is available on all orders over AU $100.00 to anywhere in Australia
- We deliver by Australia Post and can deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 10-15 days delivery.
- No C.O.D’s. Postage of product(s) will happen once payment is cleared.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. (strikes, floods etc) or damage during transit.
- WRL Australia dispatches orders received before 12pm EST the same business day. Orders received within the 24 hours period after this or on non-business days, are shipped the next business day.
- If there are delays due to stock reasons WRL Australia will notify you and you will have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
- WRL Australiahighly recommends signature on delivery of eParcel goods. WRL Australiacannot be held responsible for goods that are not signed for directly by the customer and/or if goods go missing with “authority to leave” instructions.

- You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would place an order for yourself. When you enter the ‘checkout’, replace your default address details with the receiver’s information and the goods will be delivered there without affecting your default details for future orders. If you want – you can add a message to go with your gift and it will be sent with the parcel. We do require a contact name, phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise present.
Returns & Exchanges
- To return an item(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return.
- Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date – i.e. unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.
- We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your membership for future purchases if chosen.
- Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
